By accessing and using the CraveCraft application ("the App") and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

CraveCraft provides users with an AI-powered food recognition and recipe generation service. The App analyzes photos of food to estimate calorie counts and generate recipes under 500 calories. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that CraveCraft assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. Medical Disclaimer

CraveCraft is not a medical device. The nutritional information, calorie estimates, and healthy recipes provided by the App are for informational purposes only. They are estimates generated by AI and may not be 100% accurate. You should not rely on this information as a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or dietary requirements.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this App any material:

• That is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, or scandalous.
• That constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringe the rights of any third party, in any country in the world.
• That is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data).

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CraveCraft and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
